Please select your class location from one of our 3 Southern CA locations in the drop down menu for the "Class list filter" of the calendar in order to view the class schedule.

Below is a list of our available classes. To signup, click on the signup link for the class you're interested in attending.

Our Santa Ana class location is temporarily closed while we relocate to a new, nearby location. Please check back or join our mailing list to receive updates on the new location and its start date.

To use your Groupon.com purchase, please create a user account with us, and then email us your voucher #, the date, time, class, and location that you would like to use it for, and we will schedule your class. Please note that Groupons are not redeemable for any of our workshops or the stretch class at our Encino location.

General Information:

Please make sure that you have selected the correct class location before registering for a class because we have 3 locations to choose from. You may view classes by location by selecting your location in the drop down menu at the top of the calendar.
Students must create a user login to register for classes.
There are no walk-in students allowed in any class.
You must register online at least 1 hour prior to the class to reserve/pay for your spot in order to take the class.
If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for, you must cancel/reschedule 12 hours prior to the class. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your prepaid class. No exceptions.
Prepaid classes can be made up or rescheduled as long as cancellation policy is followed, and class is not expired.
All prepaid classes are non-refundable.
Please note that Sherman Oaks location is completely held outdoors. So classes may be canceled or rescheduled depending on the weather.
