General Information:
There are no walk-in students allowed in any class because we do limit the number of students in each class. Students must register at least 1 hour prior to class. You must create a user account to register and pay for classes. If you are unable to attend a class that you have been registered yourself to take, you must login to your account and cancel immediately 12 hours prior to the class. Failure to do so will result in the loss of any prepaid class.- Classes can be made up or rescheduled if cancellation policy is followed, and the class has not expired. (not including workshops)
Please note that our Sherman Oaks/Encino class location is outdoors. So classes may be canceled or rescheduled depending on the weather. Students will be notified of any changes.
Cancellation Policy:Students MUST log in to their user account and cancel their reservation at least 12 hours prior to a class that they have reserved a spot in. Failure to cancel 12 hours prior to the class will result in the loss of payment for that class, and no make-ups or rescheduling will be allowed.
However, if a student cancels at least 12 hours prior to a class they have reserved, and paid for, the student will have the opportunity to reschedule for another time, and therefore avoid losing any payments made.
All classes have an expiration date which can be found listed above, or in their user account when they have logged in. Once a payment has been made for any of our classes or locations it is Non-refundable.
