Every student must join The Aerial Classroom by creating a user login/password in order to schedule and pay for any classes.
All classes must be pre-paid for online through our website because no form of payment is accepted at either location. Payments can be made once logged into a user account on the website.
No walk-in students are allowed at either location, and a reservation MUST be made through the website from a user login account.
Students will be notified via phone or email in the event a class is canceled or rescheduled.
Reservations for classes are first come first serve. If a class is full, you will have the opportunity to join the waiting list for the class. In the event another student cancels their reservation you will be added to class and notified via phone/email. If you are not notified within one hour prior to class, we were unfortunately unable to add you to class, and you will not be able to attend.
Refund/Cancellation Policies:
The Aerial Classroom does not issue any refunds.
There is a 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes and locations.
Failure to cancel at least 12 hours prior to a class either via phone, email, or while logged into a user account will result in the loss of any pre-paid funds, gift certificates, or vouchers used as payment for the class, and students will not be able to reschedule.
The Aerial Classroom does not alter the cancellation or refund policy for any student, regardless of the reason, be it family emergency, car problems, over sleeping, dogs eating homework, etc. Please don't make things awkward by asking if you can be the exception to the rule. If you're thinking about emailing or calling to ask...please refer to this message. If we make the exception once, we have to make it every time, for everyone, which will lower the quality of your classroom experience.
If a reservation is canceled at least 12 hours prior to a class, the funds used for the class will be refunded to the user login account, and the student will be able to reschedule for a future class, as long as it is scheduled within payment, class pass, or voucher expiration date.
Class Passes, Voucher, Gift Certificates:
All class passes have an expiration date, and must be used prior to expiring. Expiration dates of class passes can be found at time of purchase, or you can view expiration dates while logged into your user account.
As with the cancellation/refund policies, The Aerial Classroom does not alter the expiration dates on any purchases for any student, regardless of any circumstances that may have prohibited the student from using their funds. Please do not contact us, asking if you can be an exception to the rules.
Students that have purchased Groupon, Living Social, or Zozi vouchers may only redeem one voucher for themselves, per sale, unless otherwise stated in the fine print of a particular sale. We do not accept multiple voucher redemption's for the same person.
In regards to any promotional classes bought during a sale, or from a site such as Groupon, Living Social, or Zozi.com, please note that the promotional value of your voucher will expire on the date printed on the voucher, or stated in the sale. Please make sure that you double check the expiration date on any promotion you purchase, and schedule your class(es) prior to the expiration date.
