• What should I wear to class?
  • Fitted clothing, such as yoga or pilates attire are really good for aerial classes.  Nothing too baggy.  Also both of our locations are outdoors.  So please dress appropriately for the weather.  It is also recommended that you bring a yoga mat or something to stretch on to class.
• Is there an age limit?
  • No.  Anyone is welcome to take class.  However, anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent sign their liability waiver before taking class. 
• What class should a beginner take?
  • Beginners are welcome to any of the classes.  Most people like to start with tissu!
• Should I bring anything to class?
  • Maybe a yoga mat or something to stretch on, and water.
• How long does it take to become a performer?
  • This depends on the person and the amount of strength and agility they have when starting classes.  It is very important to have patience when learning aerials for safety.  It is a very challenging and physically demanding art that requires time and dedication.
• How do I pay for classes?
  • You must prepay online for all classes and lessons on the 'Prices' page of our website with Google Checkout.
• How do I sign up for classes?
  • Check out the schedule for the class location near you, and then you can email, call, or fill out our online reservation form (located on the 'Reservations' page of our site) letting us know the date, time, and class you would like to take.
• I cant find your physical address listed on the website.  Where are you located?
  • Our Sherman Oaks/Encino location is  held outdoors in the back yard of a residence.  We do not list the physical street address to this location on our website because of this. When you sign up for a class at this location the physical street address will be emailed or given to you over the phone!  The address to our Santa Ana and Hesperia class locations can be found on the 'Home' page as well as the 'Prices' page of our website.
